I went here to replace a stolen iphone. The stolen phone was still not paid for, which made the total cost of an iphone impossible. The rep told me he found a "loophole" where he could start a second line, put a new phone on that, transfer the phone to my first line, and then cancel the second line. He had a difficulty before he completed the work he was doing on the computer, he didn't tell me what it was but said something like "it's ok, I figured it out". The next month, my bill was astronomical, and I discovered that I was paying for a second line with a plan for unlimited everything. I called sprint to complain and they said all they could do is reduce my plan on the second line and help me get a new plan on my first line. The new plan, I discovered ended up costing me MORE money than the first plan. I called them again to complain. The person just blew smoke to the point where I just said "basically I got put on a new plan, with unlimited everything as before, except this time I'm simply just paying more". He didn't know what to say. I said something like "basically I've just been scammed". He didn't respond. So I got scammed twice in a row and now I'm going to file a small claims suit. I would be a total self-disrespecting idiot if I didn't. I highly advise anyone else who was lied to or scammed to do the same.
Worst customer service. I was left in hold for 40 minutes with customer service representatives constantly picking up the phone but not responding. Would not recommend this store for anyone who values their time or money.
Hari was very good with helping me with everything. He was really good listener and understood my need.
If you make an appointment you get great service and no wait.
