This location was a National Food Store 40 years ago. It's still a good place to shop for office supplies.
I ordered prints online and the staff just decided not to print them. I ordered at 8am and my confirmation said they'd be ready by 7pm that day, I got no notification. The next morning I called and the woman who answered said they hadn't been done yet because they were busy the day before, but that they could be ready in an hour. I showed up that evening and they still hadn't printed them. I then had to wait there while it was finally done. I asked the woman who ultimately printed them why it had taken so long and she said the employees on the last two shifts just don't do the online orders even though they're supposed to be priority. I had a deadline to meet and this was very irritating.
Three stars because this was an average experience. Nothing wrong, but nothing that went beyond in order to get me to come there for office supplies instead of somewhere else. If you buy paper, their deals are really good go and get some.
Print staff is nice. Had to wait to pick up my prints so an additional employee in the print shop would have been great to speed up what could have been a 1 minute transaction. Prints looked good!
Was in a hurry and didn't notice I got charged twice for an item. Went back in later that day and they refunded the money back quickly without a hassle. Great customer service
